I help them see that they don’t need to live a life of restriction & punishment to achieve their goals. You can eat all the foods you love, socialise, go on holidays & still lose fat. You don’t have to look in the mirror & hate what you see, or feel deflated that yet again another diet has failed.

As a shift worker, I know first hand how hard it can be to navigate your health & fitness goals around work, fatigue & lack of motivation. I help women like you become the best version of themselves physically & mentally, in a away that is achievable & maintainable for you & your lifestyle. You will have the support, accountability & tools to transform your life long term, to get the results you’ve always dreamed of & most importantly- maintain them.
