FAQ
Is there a meal plan?
There are some idea meal plans I’ve created to give you some inspiration & guidance on how to hit your calorie & macronutrient goals i.e protein etc. But they are just for guidance. I do not want you to stick to them. What’s really important for you is to think about the foods you love & enjoy & how we can fit them into your diet. You’ll be given simple nutrition goals which is much more effective & sustainable in the long run.
I’m away on holiday for a week in the middle, can I still do it?
ABSOLUTELY! The workouts, weekly targets, check ins are all fully flexible to whatever your life looks like. If you’re on holiday for a couple of weeks how you approach it is completely down to you you can continue with the programme as usual or just have some support before you go, & then again when you return & otherwise take a break for the two weeks that is also absolutely okay. So many of my girls have gone on holiday mid rounds & still made incredible progress & in fact have been so thankful for the support they get in the run up & as soon as they’re home! Do I need a gym membership?
No. There are gym & home workouts to choose from. You can also do your own workouts such as yoga, pole fitness, classes, running whatever tickles your pickle & makes you move your body!
